Groover Spectacles doesn't follow trends or creative concepts. Instead, they focus on creating eyewear that captures the emotions of life's moments. Designer Masataka Nakajima started the company to relieve stress from his optical store, but found that he needed the expertise of the master craftsmen of Tokyo to manufacture his challenging designs. G YARD, the only remaining factory in Tokyo, produces frames with features not found in existing eyewear, like multi-faced manual cutting and extremely glossy luster. The brand's unique combination of traditional craftsmanship and challenging designs has gained worldwide attention, especially in North America and Asia.
